“I didnu0026#39;t really know what I was getting myself into here, as I sat down in 2021 to watch the 2002 sci-fi comedy u0026quot;Pale Blue Moonu0026quot;. But I must admit that I was expecting a bit more fun and laughs than what writer and director Mark Hosack could manage to deliver.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThe storyline had potential, for sure. But it just failed to deliver. To me, this storyline was not entertaining, enjoyable or particularly enticing. I didnu0026#39;t really buy into the storyline and thus it was a struggle to sit through the ordeal that is u0026quot;Pale Blue Moonu0026quot;.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eNow, what made the movie crash and burn was the character gallery. The characters in this movie were just laughable. I didnu0026#39;t connect with a single of the characters in the movie, and I didnu0026#39;t really find any of them enjoyable to watch on the screen. And little did it help that the written dialogue was just rubbish.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eI am sure that the acting performances were good enough, given the material that the actors and actresses had to work with; which was limiting to say the least.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eVisually then u0026quot;Pale Blue Moonu0026quot; offers virtually nothing worthwhile of any sorts. In fact, parts of the movie were just filmed so shoddy that it felt like amateur night with a video camera.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eNay, u0026quot;Pale Blue Moonu0026quot; was a swing and miss. And it is definitely not a movie that I would recommend you rush out to dig up somewhere to give it a view. Much less actually having to pay for it.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eMy rating of the 2002 movie u0026quot;Pale Blue Moonu0026quot; lands on a two out of ten stars. This was just too boring.”
