“With one exception, this movie could have outdone the u0026quot;Blair Witchu0026quot; model for intriguing low-budget horror on its own terms. Unfortunately, it also copies the worst aspect of u0026quot;Blair Witchu0026quot;: using profanity-laden blather — as the easiest, lamest way to convey character discomfort — far too much. Also, the guy yelling the largest quantity of profanities is right next to the microphone and, as such, is louder than those doing so less. The rest could be re-cut into a solid film.”
