“I enjoyed the movie very much. A very meaningfull story line, which shows us, that history unfortunately, is repeating itself. Beautiful shots, with little pieces of art in it. An interesting movie about the dark pages of history in Limburg, at the end of the 18th Century. A story that is still a mysterie. I enjoyed it that is spoken in the regional language, and not the Dutch language. It makes it more authentic. A lot of effort is made of looking it authentic, with the very small budget there was. It is a story that needs to be told. It has a lot of similarities whit the witch hunt in the 16th and 17th century.”
