Joe Rogan: Burn the Boats (2024). Joe Rogan: Burn the Boats: With Ari Matti Mustonen, Joe Rogan. Joe Rogan's stand-up special after six years features him delivering jokes and comedic material over the course of the performance.

“Watched it live last night. It wasnu0026#39;t absolutely horrible, but I found myself only laughing once and had the occasional chuckle. All the topics he hits on make for great comedy in our overly PC world, but they arenu0026#39;t executed well. He seemed to yell to try and emphasize his point, but it came off as over-the-top.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eHe can make fun of himself pretty well, which is admirable considering he knows how much a certain subset of people love his views or hate them. Some of the digs at himself and his views were well done. Having said that, most of the topics and opinions he covered are sort of just material he has already brought up in his podcasts. I get that using your life experiences is a great way to reach the audience, but it isnu0026#39;t anything new for his fans and isnu0026#39;t anything overly funny for fresh viewers.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIf he had toned down the erratic movements and the yelling for effect, I think it would have actually put a better point on his material.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAs an aside, it may be unfair to make a comparison, but Dave Chappelle just does a much better job at hitting the sensitive people where it hurts, and then bringing it back around to make his point a cohesive part of his overall act.”
