“Wow, such a mess, where to begin? A stunningly terrible entry into the genre of exploiting the First Nationsu0026#39; missing women (itu0026#39;s a real Canadian tragedy with its own entire genre of exploitation films, there are literally thousands of movies u0026amp; tv shows about it). It was cute seeing the Native Canadians walking around saying u0026quot;eh?u0026quot; u0026amp; u0026quot;soorryu0026quot; u0026amp; cussing like Cheech u0026amp; Chong.nI just… I canu0026#39;t go on, youu0026#39;ll have to watch it yourself to see how bad it is. Decent effort by all of the actors, but script u0026amp; story just werenu0026#39;t there; nonexistent.nI specifically selected this film because at one time I thought I had seen some promise in Don McKellar as filmmaker; oh dear god, how wrong I was. Nice to see that the ten native actors who star in every movie about Native Americans are still working, I guess.nWe need a name for this done-to-death Canadian film u0026amp; tv genre of exploiting the tragedies of First Nations Canadians. Iu0026#39;m gonna spend the next week obsessing about that; what should I name this genre???”
