“The Rope Curse (2018)u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eA Taiwanese film about a teen girl who was bullied at school so she decides to hang herself. The rope now has a curse on it and woe to the bullies as the curse takes revenge on each of them. This was an average movie at best. Kind of hokey in a way, but it did try to deliver the scares and succeeded one time. At least to me it did. The rest of the time, the film has a sing song-ish quality about it and itu0026#39;s hard to take it seriously. Overacted and goofy at times, the characters are unbelievable and the storyline suffers because of it. Everything in this movie youu0026#39;ve seen before and probably in better movies. 6 out of 10 stars.”
