“I knew when I sat down to watch this, that I wasnu0026#39;t in for a masterpiece.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThat being said, I was still left a bit disappointed with how reliant on (predictable) jump scares and the classic u0026quot;eery soundtracku0026quot; this movie was.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAt times it felt like a knock off of The Conjuring movies, with judaic lore sprinkled in to give it a semblance of originality.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIf the characters had been more developed and they had been less indulgence on generic tropes, it might have been a movie worth rewatching.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAll that being said, it wasnu0026#39;t a bad movie either. The special effects are well done, and the set design is above average. I also enjoyed the attention to detail in some scenes.u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eIf you like possession films I think youu0026#39;ll enjoy this one!u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eAs it stands itu0026#39;s an okay movie to watch at home in the couch with a large bowl of popcorn, and maybe some hot sauce to bring the spice this piece is lacking.”
